1. The seller and these terms

These terms govern use of firefeelbrand.com and purchases from FIREFEEL. The registered seller is דריה נמירינסקייה, trading as FIREFEEL. Our business registration details and business address are set out in Contact Information, which forms part of these terms. You can contact us at hello@firefeelbrand.com.

Before ordering, review the product information, selected size and colour, total price and delivery and cancellation terms. Your order details and the policies linked below apply alongside these terms. Nothing in these documents limits your mandatory rights under Israeli law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. Our Return and Refund Policy sets out the return, cancellation, refund and exchange conditions.

2. Using our website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information needed to process and deliver your order. Use only a payment method you are authorised to use. Where a transaction requires a legal representative's consent under applicable law, that consent must be obtained.

You must not fraudulently use the website, attempt unauthorised access to another person's information, introduce malicious code or disrupt the website. If you use an account, keep your access information confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.

Where there are reasonable indications of misuse, we may restrict the affected access or review the transaction to the extent permitted by law. This does not remove rights relating to a purchase already made.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information to operate the store and provide enhanced services. These services can use information from your interactions with FIREFEEL, other merchants and Shopify. Information submitted to the store is shared with Shopify and relevant service providers, including recipients in other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing. 3. Products and product information

Review the selected product's description, composition, size guide and care instructions before purchasing. Check the model, colour, size and quantity in your order summary.

Colour appearance may vary slightly with screen settings and photographic lighting. This does not exclude our responsibility for an item that does not match its description or your order.

If we find an error in a description, price or availability, we correct it. If the error affects an existing order, we contact you to resolve it in accordance with law. We do not increase an agreed price or substitute an item without your consent.

4. Orders and confirmation

To order, add your selected items to the basket, enter the requested contact and delivery information, review the available delivery and payment options and check the final details before confirming the purchase. Order information is sent to the email address you provide.

An order confirmation records the order details; it is not a dispatch confirmation. Payment status and dispatch status are separate. If a payment appears in your banking app but you have not received order confirmation, contact us before paying again so that we can check the order and payment status.

If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will inform you and arrange the refund due, or offer an alternative for your agreement. You are not required to accept a substitute or store credit in place of a refund required by law.

Changes to an order or delivery address depend on the stage of processing. A request to change an order does not replace or restrict your separate right to cancel it.

5. Prices and payment

Prices and payments are in Israeli new shekels (ILS, ₪). Displayed prices include any mandatory taxes applicable to the sale. The delivery charge and total payable are shown before you confirm payment.

You can use the payment methods actually available at checkout. If your payment account uses another currency, conversion and related charges are determined by your bank or payment provider.

Any eligible discount is reflected in the order total. Check the calculation before confirming your purchase. We provide the purchase documentation required by law. To request a copy, email hello@firefeelbrand.com with your order number.

6. Delivery

We deliver within Israel to addresses supported at checkout. Standard delivery costs ₪⁠35, with free standard delivery on orders of ₪⁠349 or more. Review the delivery charge and order total before paying.

The delivery method, charge and any delivery estimate shown at checkout apply to your order. Any delivery period specifically agreed with you also forms part of your order terms. For delivery enquiries, email hello@firefeelbrand.com.

If there is a delivery problem or delay, contact us so we can check it and arrange a resolution. Handing a parcel to a carrier does not by itself end our obligations or remove your rights concerning late delivery or non-delivery. Any additional delivery service and its cost must be agreed in advance, subject to applicable law.

7. Cancelling a purchase

For a distance purchase of goods, you may notify us of cancellation from the transaction date until 14 calendar days after receiving the goods or the statutory transaction disclosure document, whichever is later. Any longer cancellation period or additional right required by law remains available.

You can send a cancellation notice to hello@firefeelbrand.com. This is not an exclusive cancellation channel: all other methods available under applicable law remain available. Our published business address is provided in Contact Information for correspondence, including registered post.

Include your name and identification number as required by law. Also include the order number and items concerned to help us locate the purchase. No reason is required for an ordinary cancellation within the permitted period. If cancellation concerns a defect, an incorrect item, non-delivery or another breach, describe the issue.

You do not need to wait for support approval to send a cancellation notice. Dispatch or receipt of an item does not by itself end the statutory cancellation period. The detailed process is in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. It explains how to return items, the condition of returned items, collection, inspection, refunds and cases involving defects or FIREFEEL errors.

For an ordinary cancellation before dispatch, no cancellation fee applies and any amount paid, including prepaid standard delivery, is refunded. For an ordinary cancellation after dispatch, the cancellation fee is 5% of the price actually paid for the returned items, capped at ₪⁠100.

Return collection arranged by FIREFEEL costs ₪⁠35 per parcel, agreed before collection. A charge paid separately is not deducted again. If you arrange and pay for return shipping yourself by agreement with us, we do not charge for a collection service that was not provided. Return instructions, including the return address where needed, are provided by email after you contact us.

For a full order return, the refund includes the amount actually paid for the items after discounts and the original paid standard delivery, less the permitted cancellation fee and agreed return collection charge. For a partial return, the calculation follows the Return and Refund Policy; we do not retrospectively increase the original delivery charge because the retained items fall below the free-delivery threshold.

Where cancellation arises from a defect, an item that does not match the order or its description, failure to deliver within the agreed time or another qualifying breach by FIREFEEL, no cancellation fee or ordinary return collection charge applies. FIREFEEL arranges collection at its expense in accordance with law.

For statutory cancellation of a distance purchase, the refund is processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the cancellation notice, taking account of the parties' reciprocal obligations. A new 14-day period does not start when the return parcel arrives. Refunds reflect the payment methods actually used and the applicable legal requirements.

9. Exchanges, promotions and gift cards

The first size exchange for each order is free for another size of the same model and colour, subject to availability and the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy. Request this voluntary exchange within 14 calendar days after receiving the item. The original item must be returned in new condition with its original tags attached. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

A different model or colour, or a further size exchange, is handled as a return and a new purchase under that policy. An incorrect or defective item is handled under the rules for FIREFEEL errors rather than as a paid change-of-mind return.

Each promotion's conditions determine its duration, eligible items and whether discounts can be combined. Discounts exclude the purchase of FIREFEEL Gift Cards. Discounted clothing retains its statutory cancellation and refund rights.

FIREFEEL Gift Cards are sold strictly at face value: the price paid equals the credit purchased. The validity period is five years, without shortening any minimum period or extension required by applicable law. The expiry date is shown with the issued card; a displayed date does not override a longer period required by law.

A gift card can be used towards purchases at FIREFEEL; any unused balance remains available within its valid period. Using a gift card to pay for eligible clothing does not prevent an otherwise applicable clothing discount. The exclusion above concerns discounts on buying the gift card itself.

For gift-card or mixed-method payments, refunds reflect the payment methods actually used. Nothing in these terms excludes any statutory right to cancel a gift-card purchase, receive a required cash balance or obtain another refund or remedy. Keep the gift-card code secure and contact us if you need help with the card or its balance.

10. Intellectual property

The FIREFEEL name, logo, photographs, text, designs and other website materials belong to FIREFEEL or are used with the relevant rights. Browsing the website does not transfer rights in these materials.

You may browse and keep your purchase information for personal use. Commercial reproduction, distribution or use of brand identifiers requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

11. Liability and consumer rights

We are responsible for meeting our obligations under applicable law. Technical problems or the actions of a service provider do not automatically release us from those obligations.

Nothing in these terms or the linked policies excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under Israeli law, including rights concerning defects, non-conforming products, cancellation, late delivery or failure to perform the contract. If a provision cannot lawfully apply, your statutory rights prevail and the other provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

12. Applicable law, changes and contact

Israeli law applies. Disputes are heard by the court competent under the applicable rules. These terms do not impose mandatory foreign arbitration or remove statutory remedies.

The terms applicable when your purchase was made apply to that purchase, subject to mandatory law. Future updates do not retrospectively worsen the agreed conditions of an existing order.
