CLOTHING CARE GUIDE
Everyday care starts with simple habits. Here is how to wash, dry, iron and store your FIREFEEL pieces.
Check the care label first. Follow the instructions on your garment.
CARE AT A GLANCE
Wash at up to 30°C
Wash inside out at up to 30°C on a gentle cycle.
Use a mild detergent
Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Wash with similar colours.
Air dry
Dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry.
Iron on a low setting
If needed, iron inside out on a low setting — one dot.
BEFORE YOU WASH
After your workout
Take damp clothing out of your bag after a workout. If you are not washing it straight away, spread it out and let it air.
Sort your load
Turn your garment inside out and separate light colours from dark colours. Wash similar shades together.
Keep denim, towels, rough fabrics and items with exposed hook-and-loop fastenings out of the same load.
Prepare your garment
Empty pockets and close any zips or fastenings. You can use a mesh laundry bag for additional protection.
Remove detachable cups. Leave sewn-in cups and other fixed components in place.
HOW TO WASH
Machine washing
Choose a gentle cycle at up to 30°C. Wash your garment inside out with similar colours and a mild detergent. Follow the dosage on the detergent packaging and avoid overloading the drum. Do not add bleach or fabric softener. Do not use a pre-soak setting. Remove your garment when the cycle finishes and gently smooth it out for drying.
If you prefer to wash by hand
Turn your garment inside out and wash by hand in cold water with a mild detergent. Gently move the garment through the water without stretching or scrubbing the fabric. Do not leave it to soak. Rinse thoroughly in clean, cold water. Do not wring. Gently press out excess water, then blot with a clean towel.
DRYING, IRONING & STORAGE
Let it air dry
Gently smooth out your garment and let it dry in the shade in a well-ventilated place. Do not use a tumble dryer, radiator or another heat source. Keep it out of direct sunlight. Do not twist wet fabric or hang a heavy, damp garment by thin straps. Support it on a drying rack without stretching it; lay it on a clean, dry towel if needed.
Ironing
If needed, iron inside out on a low setting — one dot. Do not dry clean.
Store only when fully dry
Let your garment and any cups dry completely. Store your pieces neatly folded in a dry place, without crushing cups or delicate details.
CARE FOR THE DETAILS
Removable cups
If your garment has removable cups, take them out before washing. Gently hand wash them separately in cold water with a mild detergent, rinse and air dry in the shade. Do not wring or fold them in half. Put them back only when both the cups and garment are completely dry.
Straps and zips
Avoid pulling a wet garment by its straps or individual details. Close zips before washing and support the garment while drying so the fabric is not under tension.
Pleats, ruching and delicate areas
Do not scrub or stretch these areas. Gently smooth them after washing, preserving the shape of pleats and ruching.
